You will be met by your guide and driver at your hotel in Baku to begin city tour in Icheri Sheher – the old part of the Azerbaijan capital. Visit Maiden Tower, Shirvan Shahs’ Palace, Caravanserai, and market square with numerous art studios and souvenir stalls. Continue to the Memory Alley Shehidler Khiyabany that opens up a great panoramic view of Baku city.

Drive out of the city to Absheron peninsula. First stop is Ateshgah – temple of fire worshippers located in Suraxani village. Zoroastrians from India travelled thousands of kilometers to Ateshgah to worship fire coming out of the earth. Continue to Gala Museum Complex where you can discover archaeological artifacts and explore elements of traditional living style. An excellent round-up of the city tour will be a visit to Yanar Dag Mountain with natural gas burning for several thousands of years. Return to Baku. The excursion to Absheron Peninsula and Old Baku will be rounded up with a drop-off at the hotel/your place.
