Tour of the program
First day
- Pick up at the airport and transfer to the hotel;
- Excursion and walk around the city of Baku;
- "Icheri Sheher" / "Old Town" / - the historical part of the city;
- "Azadlig" Square ("Freedom") is the main square of modern Baku;
- Lunch in one of the restaurants in the center of Baku;
- Visit to the Historical Museum (1 hour);
- Dinner at one of the restaurants in the center of Baku.
Second day
- Breakfast in the hotel;
- Combined (car and pedestrian) excursion / 4-5 hours / to the historical and natural and art museum-reserve "Gobustan" / 75km to the south-west from the city center;
- Return to Baku and lunch in one of the restaurants in the central part of the city;
-Tematic excursion: "Azerbaijani carpets" (2-3 hours):
- Acquaintance with the full cycle of carpets production, including silk, in the production and commercial carpet making enterprise Azer-Ilmya;
- Visit to the Azerbaijan Carpet and Folk Art Museum (acquaintance with various carpets, the process of carpet making, different carpet making schools and handworks, which are exhibited in 13 museum halls).
- Dinner;
- Return to the hotel.
The third day
- Breakfast in the hotel;
- Travel to the northern regions of the republic along the Baku-Guba route / 180 km north of Baku;
- Accommodation in one of the tourist complexes in Guba district;
- Lunch at the restaurant of the tourist complex;
- Continue excursion program in the Guba region (4 hours): a trip to the mountain villages of the Tenge Alti and Afurdzha / 40 km. From the city of Guba /, a visit to the exotic "Tengu Canyon" on the Velvelecai river and the Suluetek waterfall, as well as a meeting with local people, in order to get acquainted with folk crafts, local carpet production, the so-called "Guba school of carpet weaving" in the village of Gyachresh, which is frequented by guests from different regions of Azerbaijan, to enjoy the incomparably beautiful nature.

Fourth day

After breakfast, departure to Shamakhi district
Temple of Diri Baba (15th century) - Shah built a temple for a religious dervish who lived there during the reign of the Shirvanshahs. The corpse of a dervish after death is buried there. During the restoration of the dervish grave it was discovered that the corpse of a dervish does not decompose inside the tomb, and therefore among the people it is called the Temple of Diri Baba (the Living Dead).

Excursion to the palace of Sheki Khan - the Palace of Sheki Khan is one of the precious pearls of Azerbaijani architecture. The palace was built in 1790 and completed in 1797. The building is surrounded by fortress walls and consists of two floors, six rooms, four corridors, two mirrored balconies. Previously, it was called "Divanhana."
Familiarization with the Caravansaray, the workshop of "shabaka", handmade decorations, souvenir shops.
Excursion to the village of Kish, acquaintance with the Albanian mosque
