To verify the ancient of Azerbaijan, enough to see rock paintings in the historical-art reserve "Gobustan", located 65 km south of Baku. Such a kind of historical gallery of country where reflected all the cultural and historical era that existed on its territory.  Petroglyphs, stand of ancient human, tombstones, singing stones - all this is evidence of the inhabitants of this region of the Stone Age and subsequent periods. There are more than 4,000 rock carvings left by the artists of the Paleolithic period
