Gudauri is the youngest and modern winter resorts in Georgia, the business card of the local "ski resort". Located on the southern slope of the Greater Caucasus mountain range, among the dazzling shining in the sun, the snow-capped peaks and deep gorges, Gudauri can be proud of its wide comfortable slopes of various steepness, an excellent snow cover from December to April, the mild climate without strong frosts and icy winds, and that is very nice with reasonable prices.

Skiing in Gudauri is carried out on the mountain slopes Sadzele (3268 and 3307 m) and Kudebi (3006 m). The lower station ski lift is located at an altitude of 1990 m, the top - 3307 m. Ski rental are located in several places: in the village of Lower Gudauri, and in the Upper Gudauri, near the station. 5 chair lifts (Doppelmayr, Austria) and one line of gondolas (POMA, France) makes available skiing and snowboarding along the southern slopes (57 km certified trails of various difficulty levels) at the altitude from 3250 m to 2000 m, with altitude difference of 1275 meters. Lifts work from 10 to 16 hours. The total length of trails is 16 km. The average length of trails is 2-3 km, the longest slope - 7 km. The difference in height - 1000 m.

Professionals can test their strength in the slalom, giant slalom and super giant, as well as downhill. All slopes are certified by FIS. Besides skiing and snowboarding enjoy spa treatment, take a steam bath, play billiard and bowling, try a wide range of Georgian wines.
