Travel insurance

Travel insurance is insurance that is intended to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, flight accident and other losses incurred while traveling, either internationally or within one's own country.

Travel insurance can usually be arranged at the time of the booking of a trip to cover exactly the duration of that trip, or a "multi-trip" policy can cover an unlimited number of trips within a set time frame. 

​​​Compulsory insurance (car insurance)

In accordance with the Law of Azerbaijan Republic ”On Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance” all vehicle owners shall obtain this certificate.

By serving the social protection of population the compulsory third party liability insurance insures a vehicle owner from risks that may occur during a traffic accident. In other word, in case of damage caused to life, health or property of third parties for your fault the Xalq Sigorta Company will help you to make payments relating to your liability for breakage.

Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability insurance is concluded for the period of 12 months. Owners of vehicles entering the territory of Azerbaijan Republic on temporary terms may be insured for the period less than 1 year. The price of the insurance policy shall be set depending on a type of a vehicle. 

This type of insurance coverage covers the damage caused by a vehicle’s driver to the health or property of a third party during a traffic accident occurred on the territory of Azerbaijan Republic.
